This car seat is fantastic. The hospital asked us to purchase a car seat so our daughter could undergo the car seat challenge as she is a premie weighing only 1.3kg. They had warned me beforehand of there being a gap in the market for car seats that were tailored made for babies under 3kg. This car seat really did the trick. Easy to strap baby in; it has a wedge that supports the baby's back so that she is sitting up the whole time and not slumping down. The car seat also reclines and spins all the way round. The shoulder pads helped to keep her strapped down. Given that we were looking at car seat in the region of £300-£400+, this one not only saved us several hundred pounds but did the job perfectly y- amazing value! Highly recommend.

I found this item to be easy enough to fit and it looks great but found that the rotation facility is not always practical. For instance, in order to be able to rotate the seat, the back securing strap has to be detached and the tension on the car seat belt has to be released by using the clip provided to enable rotation. I bought this item mainly because of the rotation facility but was disappointed that it is not easy to use. However taking that facility away, it is in general a decent safety seat.
